Sophie Winkleman, 37 wife of Lord Frederick Windsor, was rushed to hospital after her chauffeur-driven car was involved in a head-on smash while she was being driven back from a film set. The actress was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, before she was transferred to London's Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
